The Why
When I started Bright Fable, the goal was to help parents share creative, meaningful stories that bring families closer, no matter how busy life gets. Narrative therapy works by helping children externalize their feelings through storytelling, allowing them to make sense of their experiences. By giving emotions a story, we empower kids to process challenges, build resilience, and discover their inner strength. At Bright Fable, we aim to make it easy for families to share stories that foster connection and healing, helping kids navigate life's ups and downs.
